Resources & Worksheets
I know therapy can be expensive, and this isn't always fair, especially with cost of living crises, war, media confusion, and a whole other host of things affecting our ability to access mental health care. So I've made the resources and texts I've produced as accessible as I can by making them all free, or pay what you can. Below are my worksheets, and a reading list of texts I find particularly interesting.

Clicking on a download button will take you to my gumroad account. An image will load up, scroll down and you'll see a box that reads £5+. This is the suggested price for my work, but you are welcome to type in 0, and access the download for free, or type in any number you wish. After this, you'll be taken to a page where you can download your PDFs.

Reading List
I firmly believe that a good practice (whether as a therapist, or in any walk of life) requires reading from a range of areas. Whether political, artistic, psychological, philosophical or otherwise.

The list here is simply some of the texts that have inspired me, not just in the realms of helping clients, but out of the deep, sincere, human curiosity to learn more. I hope you get the same out of them that I did.

NB: I do not necessarily agree with everything in these resources, but I find we can learn from a huge range of places. This is about starting a conversation, not finding clear answers straight away.
