Pricing
Usual Price
For the majority of clients a fixed rate will be applied for each session. We'll discuss this in email before we begin to get an understanding of your circumstances.

With BetterHelp clients, the rate is determined by BetterHelp for their membership, and you can reach out to their member success team to discuss discounts.
Sliding Scale
As the world ebbs and flows with economic instability, we may determine what is best is a sliding scale, with a minimum to maximum value as to what you can pay, and you adjust based on how things have been session to session.
Your Budget
Whether an organisation or an individual, it is important we find the best way forward for us both, a value that is within your means and/or budget, which also allows me to care for myself. We'll figure this out together in our email, whether as an individual client, or looking at your organisations budget for group sessions with your team.
Pay It Forward
I want to make my therapeutic practice as accessible as possible; many people are stuck on waiting lists (to no fault of the NHS for being so dramatically underfunded by those in power) and are unable to pay for therapy through a service like BetterHelp or myself. If you want to help someone out, click the button below to pay into my PayPal. When enough money is accumulated for six sessions, I can open up those slots to people for free.
